Terms of Service

RelayU is an AI assistant for Instagram direct messages aimed at small businesses. When you connect your Instagram business account, RelayU reads incoming DMs and replies on your behalf using a language model grounded in the business information you provide.

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized operator of the Instagram account you connect. By signing up you confirm you have the right to act on behalf of that business.

• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through RelayU, even when drafted by the AI. Review the AI's outputs and disconnect the service if it behaves in a way you do not approve of.
• Do not use RelayU to send spam, harassing content, deceptive offers, or anything that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or applicable laws.
• Keep the business information you provide accurate. If your prices, hours, or booking link change, update them in the setup so the AI does not give wrong answers.

• We make a reasonable effort to keep the service running and your data secure, but we provide RelayU on an "as is" basis with no warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Instagram imposes rate limits and a 24-hour reply window. RelayU respects both. If a customer messages you and we cannot respond within Instagram's rules, no reply will be sent.
• We use third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Fly, Google Gemini, Meta's Instagram API) and rely on their availability. Outages outside our control may affect message delivery.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it for anything illegal. You can stop using RelayU at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will let you know via the RelayU app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
